Everything. This place is comfortable and is a hidden gem on the island. One of the high points is having breakfast while overlooking the ocean.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Great breakfast buffet. Great location. Chedraui grocery store is 4 blocks away. Cheap cab ride to town but is also a good walk. Nice big pool. Good seaside snorkel area. Nice clean room. Comfortable bed. Good water pressure in bathroom.

Great location. Close enough to the main town to walk to different restaurants and shops but far enough away for a quiet resort feel. The property is a little dated but well maintained with plenty of nice features. The pool area is fantastic and nice terrace for breakfast overlooking their private beach area and drive center. Overall, an excellent value.

i thought it was very nice but was disappointed because when i booked it , it was supposed to be s pool view and a mini fridge, we were not close to pool and our view was the wall next to the street

We were so pleased to find ourselves at the Wyndham Trademark Hotel on Cozumel. It provided a gentle, welcoming environment after a busy, frenetic day of travel. The staff support in reception was so helpful and welcoming. That same support was present in all the staff members we encountered. This is not a new hotel, and shes showing some age, but the setting and staff and amenities, including pool area abd breakfast abd beach overlook, made up for any details in age. This is a hood place to stay!

Good sized pool, jacuzzi and outdoor bar. plenty of sun beds. Taxi rank at the hotel to take you into town. Cheap drinks at the bars.

The location was a perfect getaway, close to the sea ( no beach ) for all types of Diving; it was away from the busy parts of the city traffic.

We only stayed for two nights and did not book the AI option. The hotel is really nice (though needs some patch up in some places), but all in all we had a great room with all the amenities we hoped for. The staff was very nice and helpful. Breakfast was good - nothing special! We really enjoyed the pool!

Most of staff are very friendly and helpful. Christian-bar tender at La Papala bar on the beach was knowledgeable and very friendly to all guests that he attends and always making sure they are taken care for. Foods are mediocre except for Italian dinners with excellent foods- Kudo to the chef who prepared Italian dinners

The wifi has greatly improved since our last visit. That made us very happy. I can see that improvements are being made. However I miss the beautiful statue that was beside the fabulous pool. Comfortable beds and great A/C. I prefer to have meals at the waterfront restaurant, I wish more meals were served there. Dinner at sunset there would be lovely!

Vibrant atmosphere, staff were AMAZING, pool was relaxing and warm, TV had both English and Spanish movies all the time, right across from scuba diving and pick up for snorkeling, decent walk (22 min) from the pier
